About the Role

We are looking for an office administrator who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have office administration experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred


  2. Manage and maintain the daily operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and deliveries.

  3. Keep track of office supplies and inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

  4. Coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments, calendar maintenance, and preparation of meeting materials

  5. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping

  6. Professionally and courteously greet and assist clients and visitors
